Animal communication

What makes Animal Communication real?

Animal communication is the conscious way of doing what all of us who live with people and animals we love already do unconsciously: send and receive messages telepathically. It is much more than learning to read and interpret behaviour. Telepathic communication is a skill we are all born with. These days we have the telephone and other ways to contact each other, but like other animal species, who continue to use it, we humans also once probably depended on telepathy for our evolutionary survival.

We all have telepathic abilities

Although our telepathic sense may be strong as children, as we grow up it gets drowned out by the pace and noise of living, and since we don’t need it so much, we lose touch with it. But almost everyone has had the experience of knowing who is calling before picking up the phone, or thinking of someone out of the blue, and then receiving a letter or email from them. These experiences show us our telepathic abilities are in operation. They happen too often, to too many people, to be dismissed as coincidence.

We can use our telepathic abilities to help animals

My start-point is that animal communication is natural and part of our biology, and that we can therefore all apply ourselves to train up our telepathic skills, to send and receive messages from animals. Telepathic communication is possible with any living, conscious being - not just within our own species. Evidence from the rigorous experiments of scientists like the biologist Rupert Sheldrake (‘Dogs who know when their owners are coming home’) appears to put this beyond doubt. The animals we live with send us telepathic messages constantly. The more people connect with this and listen to animals, the greater the chance that animal needs will be known and understood, and their feelings acknowledged and respected as a result. Pets, farm animals, working animals and wild animals all need this from us.

Why is it important to be able to communicate consciously with animals?

Animals which live with us are incredibly aware of us and will share both our joys and our stresses and fears. They feel pain, loss and loneliness in the same way as we do, and will grieve intensely for the loss of a companion, animal or human. They usually see situations incredibly clearly and are extremely sensitive to our moods and needs. But they often cannot get us to understand their needs, and their attempts to do so via their behaviour can leave us baffled, while they remain deeply frustrated at our inability to see what the problem is. Peeing on your pillow, barking constantly or running away may be the only way they can find to tell us something is wrong.

If we can all do this, why do I need an Animal Communicator?

Paradoxically, it can be hardest at crunch times to understand what our own animal companions are trying to tell us - we are often either too close to the situation, too upset or too involved in it ourselves. This is when an Animal Communicator, who has developed and refined the ability to ‘telepath’ with animals, can help. I encourage all my clients to attend animal communication workshops, however, in order to develop their own skills.

Animal Communication can help animals get a better deal from humans

I see it as our responsibility as a species to raise our awareness so we can listen to what animals are trying to tell us. By working as an animal psychic, I seek to help this process, and every reading which helps bring relief and clarity to an animal and his or her human companion is another step towards us living in respectful partnership with our animal friends. I have included some stories of animals I have communicated with, plus the reactions of their human companions to what their animals fed back to me on the ‘Endorsements’ page.

I am particularly drawn to working with the dying process and life after death

This is not, as it sounds, a morbid topic at all! It is an incredible privilege to help an animal and its human companion negotiate the very difficult hurdle of a life ending. Often the most important help a Communicator can give is to get each to give the other loving permission to let go. It is incredibly important for a client to know the animal’s wishes at this point, so they can negotiate the period up to bodily death together. As a spiritual healer I am personally convinced of the soul’s survival after death, and many of my clients report sensing their animals around them soon after they have passed over.

Animals that are no longer alive can be contacted in exactly the same way

Telepathic communication is also possible with animals that have passed over to the other side. The process is the same, the psychic connection is equally clear and the evidence that they are still aware of us and around us shines through from the kind of verifiable feedback we can receive from them. Some of the most moving communication experiences I have had, have been from animals who have passed over.
